Third-Party Processors: We utilize Google Firebase as our primary cloud infrastructure. This includes utilizing Firebase Authentication for secure user logins and Identity management, as well as Firebase's secure databases for data storage. Data processed through Firebase is subject to Google's rigorous security standards and privacy policies.

Local Data Storage & Caching: To improve app performance and provide a seamless, high-speed user experience, we temporarily cache certain operational data—such as your profile and cover images, active routes, expenses, maintenance logs, and live dashboard details—directly on your device while the app is running. Direct messages are never cached locally. All cached operational data is entirely temporary and is securely erased from your device's memory the moment the application is closed.

We implement industry-standard encryption for communications. However, while we use robust security measures, no electronic transmission over the internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

05User Control & Profile Visibility

At RoJet Platforms, we believe your data is exactly that—yours. On all our platforms, we give you complete control over what information you choose to share with other users and what remains strictly private.

Through your account settings, you can toggle the visibility of your location, online status, professional details, and contact information. You have the right to modify, restrict, or completely delete your public-facing profile at any time without losing access to the core features of your account.
